Westlake Hills Dental Arts wants to thank you for considering us for all of your dental health needs! It’s our goal to make sure that you feel welcome at our office and that all of your smile concerns can be promptly addressed. Once you have scheduled an appointment, please review the new patient information below and call us directly if you have any questions leading up to your appointment.
Before your scheduled appointment, we ask that you please fill out the new patient forms available on our website. Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our office manager, offered a tour of our practice, and then brought back to one of our patient rooms. You’ll meet with Dr. Long, have time to get to know her and discuss any previous dental experiences or expectations you have about your care. Your first visit includes a detailed exam from Dr. Long and usually a cleaning from a dedicated hygienist. You’ll also be scheduled for a follow-up visit if needed. We greatly appreciate you choosing us for all your oral health needs!
We want to get to know your oral health needs as soon as possible. By doing so, we can better tailor our care based on your specific concerns. To expedite the check-in process, we encourage you to download, print, and complete the forms from our website, then bring them with you to our office.
Westlake Hills Dental Arts welcomes patients from all of the biggest employers in the area so we can take care of the people that make Austin the special place that it is. Employees at Whole Foods, Dell, and many others in the area get the high-quality care they need at an easy to access location. If you work in Austin, be sure to let us know!
We understand that dental insurance benefits can help make your dental care more affordable and accessible. Our practice is currently in-network with Cigna, however, we also accept PPO dental plans and will do everything possible to help you maximize your benefits to the fullest extent. We will also file claims on your behalf for your convenience.
Ask one of our friendly team members if we take your plan.
Does your dental insurance not cover all the costs of your care? Need assistance covering treatments not covered by dental insurance? With the help of third-party financing from services like CareCredit, you don’t have to pay for dental treatments in one lump sum. Instead, you only need to pay for care in monthly installments, oftentimes with little-to-zero interest attached! To see if you qualify, follow the link below or give us a call to get started.
