Ryan completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He also holds various certifications from his prior career as an implantable medical device representative. Today, as our dedicated business manager, he goes the extra mile to improve the patient experience in various ways, such as bringing in new technologies and services, improving workflow, and creating a positive environment for team members and patients alike. He loves that he can help make his wife’s dream of owning a dental office come true!
Ryan has a huge family that spreads from Hawaii to Arizona to Chicago to Florida, with the majority currently living in southwest Michigan. As for hobbies, he spends his free time running, traveling, hanging out with his animals, scuba diving, golfing, going to breweries, and getting to know Austin better and better.
Jesse is eager to come to work every day because he loves seeing people become excited and happy about their smiles after receiving top-notch care. He has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and has been with our dental office for two-and-a-half years. Originally from Saratoga Springs, NY, most of his family resides in the Northeast, and he likes to spend his free time playing music (particularly guitar), exercising (powerlifting, swimming, hiking), and cooking so he can try out new and unique foods. He also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and traveling. In the past, he has volunteered more than 500 hours at the Heart Hospital of Austin.
Kristina is originally from Lithuania, and she attended dental school there, achieving her Master’s in Dentistry with honors at Kaunas University of Medicine. She also earned her Associates in Science in Dental Hygiene with high honors from Foothill College in 2013. All in all, dentistry has been a big part of her life for well over a decade! Today, she really enjoys contributing to beautiful and healthy smiles, as well as educating her patients on how good oral health can impact overall well-being. Building long-term relationships is so satisfying to her.
Away from work, Kristina and her husband Frank have a son named Erik and a furry baby named Zoe. Her biggest hobby is cooking with Erik as her special helper. Ballet also has a special place in her heart; she danced for her hometown’s musical theater until she was 18. While dentistry won out in the end, she still often dances around her kitchen. You can additionally find her at the beach regularly. There is nothing more relaxing than sun, sand, and the sound of ocean waves!
Tanya has been with our dental office since 2018, and she has an impressive 31 years of dental experience. For her, the most rewarding part of her job is helping people help themselves, giving them all the tools they need to look and feel their absolute best. She completed her dental training at the UT Health Science Center at Houston. Tanya and her husband Jeremy have a daughter named Celia, and she likes to relax by swimming, taking walks, and practicing photography. She and Celia are also big animal lovers they even have a pet snake!
Vicki has been with our dental office for five years and brings almost 30 years of dental experience to our team. She was drawn to the dental field because she truly loves helping people. In addition to her dental assistant training, she is also certified in nitrous oxide sedation and radiology. Vicki comes to us from Dublin, California, and she just celebrated her 32nd anniversary with her husband, Ron. They have three children and will be welcoming their first grandchild in the near future. On the weekends, she likes to go see live music and often works events at the Circuit of the Americas racetrack. A car-enthusiast, she has even rebuilt her own car engine!
Cindee has been a part of the dental world for well over 15 years, having studied at Southwest Texas State University and the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. Today, she loves being a part of the Westlake Hill Dental Arts team because of the elevated level of dental care provided, the personal relationships she’s built with patients, and the fun team environment.
Cindee is happily married and has one grown son. While they don’t currently have pets, she’s always available for fostering and puppy-sitting! As for personal hobbies, she’s addicted to arts and crafts and loves designing/decorating home interiors, as well as teaming up on DIY projects with her husband. She also likes reading (especially scary stories/rock star biographies), listening to 80’s rock/heavy metal music, and watching movies. She’s been a HUGE Pittsburgh Steelers fan since 1978 too – in fact, she had a Steelers-themed wedding!
